Delivery Information

All orders are processed and packed during our store's opening hours and will be dispatched from the store. Domestic orders are collected by Royal Mail every Tuesday & Friday whilst International orders are dispatched throughout the week.

Please be aware that once your order leaves our store, it becomes the responsibility of our couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail for shipping, while international orders are shipped via either Royal Mail or DHL. It's important to note that the listed delivery charges do not cover any potential import costs that may be incurred upon the package's arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

During sales events and public holidays, delivery and dispatch times may be slightly longer.
