Delivery Information

All orders are processed and packed during our store's opening hours and will be dispatched from the store. Domestic orders are collected by Royal Mail every Tuesday & Friday whilst International orders are dispatched throughout the week.

Please be aware that once your order leaves our store, it becomes the responsibility of our couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail for shipping, while international orders are shipped via DHL. It's important to note as of August 2026 we will ship all international orders DDP meaning duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and the customer should expect no extra charges upon delivery.

During sales events and public holidays, delivery and dispatch times may be slightly longer.
